Week of 3/25/13 – Friends, we are proud to share that the past two months have been filled with accomplishments for the Norwood Park Foundation. In February, we received the long-sought Agreement from the City of Austin to restore and operate the Norwood House. Two weeks later, NPF hired its first Project Manager to ensure continued success as we enter the next level of planning. And now we’ve learned that local nonprofit support agency Greenlights has selected NPF for inclusion at its Board Summit in June. This is a significant recognition for our young Foundation as well as a great opportunity to enlist new board members and engage the business community in our endeavor. Next up: signing the Agreement and launching a campaign! Stay tuned.
