05/05/20 – May, 2020 – The Covid-19 pandemic has not stopped the Norwood project or even slowed us down much! Our professional team has been hard at work – from home and facilitated by Zoom when necessary – and we are only a few weeks away from shovel-ready now. Pretty exciting. Our contractor is bidding the first phase of construction work, and we’re working on amendments to our Agreement with the City of Austin, too. We are also in the middle of a complete re-do of the website, so expect a “new look” coming up soon; it will be much easier to absorb all our content when accessing by phone or tablet. Never a dull moment with Norwood. Thank you to all who are continuing to volunteer and DONATE to the project – we need everyone’s help to get this done!
