06/25/21 – Great news to share. After a frustrating delay of many months, we have recently gotten the green light from the PARD Director to move forward into restoration construction! Our team is now reconvening to wrap up work that was halted at the beginning of the year and prepare for turning dirt at Norwood. Our initial Phase 2A work will 1) provide the parking & street infrastructure required by the City and 2) restore the exterior of the Norwood House to its historic appearance. Can’t wait to see this precious bungalow begin its long-overdue transformation. We’ll keep everyone apprised of the new schedule and who knows, maybe we can catch a break on lumber prices that are now falling! Stay tuned.
