03/01/21 – March, 2021 – The project is temporarily on hold while we await a response from PARD Legal on the new amendment to our Parkland Agreement with the City. The plans are drawn, we are shovel-ready at the Norwood site, and our team and General Contractor are ready to move forward! The cost of initial restoration construction has been carefully crafted to fit within the amount of public funding voted to the Norwood project in 2018. And we must never forget – the precious Norwood House remains vulnerable and continues to deteriorate every day it’s not being restored. The effort put forth to get to where we are right now has been immense. Accordingly, we hope the spirit of our partnership with the City will prevail and enable us to start work in short order.
