Week of 9/1/14 – Another summer behind us…the last one the Norwood House will endure in a state of deterioration! Remediation is behind us, too, as is much of the “pre” work ahead of steady & visible action at the site. Our structural engineers & architects are finalizing details on the new foundation, while final plans are being made for moving the bungalow to the side so the new piers can be drilled. We have a wonderful floor plan & interior architectural scheme that is going to be amazing. And our project sign is up at the site, with lots of information for everyone who happens to be visiting Norwood Park. Things are looking up for Norcliff, and that wonderful house sure deserves it. Stay tuned.
