Weeks of 10/7 & 10/14/13 – Things are kinda low-key right now while the Norwood project’s many individual aspects wend through City channels. We’re waiting on resolution of several items like exactly what the toxic abatement process will entail (this is a biggie) and where we can install the temporary fencing (it matters). As ever, we’re closely watching everything that impacts the budget for Phase I, since it must be fully in place before we can obtain our permit to begin work on-site. In the meantime we’re working on interior considerations for the house (the floor plan), plans for fundraising, and lots of other board responsibilities from additions to the website to grant applications. No lack of tasks on this little house re-do!
